Single-family resale home sales in San Diego County dropped by over 21% in December compared to a year ago and were down 9% from November. The median price of single-family homes decreased to $949,000, while condos and townhomes settled at $650,000. Despite the decline, prices are still about 10% higher than December 2022. The most expensive property sold was an oceanfront estate on Carlsbad Boulevard for $10.75 million.
