In San Diego County, closed escrow sales of existing single-family homes rose 2.9% in October from September and 6.1% year-over-year. Statewide sales increased 1.9% monthly and 4.1% annually. The median home price in San Diego was $985,000, down 0.5% from September and 2.5% from last year. Statewide, the average price was $886,960, slightly up from September but down 0.2% year-over-year.
